T. D. Allman est un journaliste pigiste américain né en 1944. Il est connu pour ses exposés de la CIA « secret war » au Laos et pour ses interviews plus tard avec des personnalités (Yasser Arafat, Helmut Kohl, Boris Eltsin, Manuel Antonio Noriega) comme correspondant à l'étranger pour Vanity Fair.
