Stephen McNeil (10 novembre 1964) est un homme politique néo-écossais canadien, il est le chef du Parti libéral de la Nouvelle-Écosse et Chef de l'Opposition officielle de la Nouvelle-Écosse depuis le 9 juin 2009. Il est le député libéral de la circonscription de Annapolis depuis 2003.
