Stephanie Rawlings-Blake est une femme politique américaine, membre du Parti démocrate et maire de Baltimore depuis le 4 février 2010. Elle est la seconde femme à devenir maire de la ville après Sheila Dixon qui a du démissionner en raison de son implication dans un procès pour corruption.
