Biba est un magazine féminin mensuel créé en 1980 par Elisabeth Lefebvre, Alain Lefebvre et Paule Feuillet. Il est publié par Excelsior Publications (groupe Mondadori France, ex-Emap France) en deux formats. En France métropolitaine, le prix de vente en kiosque est de 1,50 € pour le petit format et de 1,80 € pour le format standard (septembre 2006).

Le magazine contient différentes rubriques sur la mode, les produits de beauté, la décoration, le cinéma, la littérature, la musique, les vidéos, le tourisme, des portraits de personnes célèbres, des interviews de personnes inconnues, des recettes de cuisine et un horoscope.
