Ring of Fire est une chanson country popularisée par Johnny Cash et co-écrite par June Carter (la femme de Johnny Cash) et Merle Kilgore. Le titre apparait pour la première fois sur l'album compilation de Cash Ring of Fire: The Best of Johnny Cash (1963).
La chanson fut enregistrée le 25 mars 1963 et devint l'un des plus grand hit de sa carrière, restant dans les charts pendant sept semaines[1].
