Rhan-Tegoth est une créature extraterrestre amphibie de la nouvelle L'Horreur dans le musée de Hazel Heald, écrite en 1933 et révisée par H. P. Lovecraft.
Il provient des mers chaudes de Yuggoth, énorme planète transneptunienne d'orbite perpendiculaire à l'écliptique.
Rhan-Tegoth est découvert par Rogers, directeur d'un musée des horreurs, au cours d'une expédition en Alaska. Rhan-Tegoth y repose sur un trône d'ivoire, situé dans des ruines vieilles de trois millions d'années. Jones, le narrateur, le décrit comme une créature de taille cylopéenne, mesurant accroupi deux fois la taille d'un homme. Il posséde un torse globulaire muni de six membres terminés de pinces de crabe, une tête globuleuse faisant saillie et portant trois yeux, une trompe, et des sortes d'ouïes. Son corps est couvert de ce qui semble être une fourrure, mais est en fait constitué de filaments suceurs terminés par des bouches en forme de têtes d'aspic.
