Le Nellis Solar Power Plant est, en 2010, le plus vaste champ de panneaux solaires photovoltaïques d'Amérique du Nord[1].
Sa construction a débuté le 23 avril 2007 et a été inauguré le 17 décembre 2007. Il est situé à l'intérieur de la Nellis Air Force Base au nord-ouest de Las Vegas dans le Nevada. Elle comprend 72 000 panneaux solaires photovoltaïques réparties sur 140 acres (0,57 km²), produisant 14 mégawatts d'électricité.
