Un dispositif de communication non verbal(e) (abr. NVCD[réf. nécessaire] de l'anglais non verbal communication device) désigne l'outil et la méthode d'aide au développement linguistique. Les NVCD ont été développé par Lowenthal au début des années 1980[1],[2]. Cette approche permet de favoriser l'acquisition d'un système structuré de communication chez des enfants ayant des difficultés importantes.
