Le Mathaba ou Mathaba International est une organisation créée en 1982 par le dirigeant libyen Mouamar Kadhafi, officiellement en tant que « Centre libyen anti-impérialiste », pour prospecter dans les zones de tensions, notamment en Afrique, afin d'y déceler et soutenir des agents d'un terrorisme international.
Des agents libyens y offrent des stages de formation à la guérilla et aux techniques terroristes à plusieurs mouvements, africains ou non.
