Marystown est une ville canadienne de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador peuplée de 5 436 habitants.
Elle fut historiquement dépendante des industries de la pêche et de la construction navale. On lui prête un rôle stratégique lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale en cas d'invasion allemande du Royaume-Uni.
Aujourd'hui, elle comporte plusieurs centres sportifs pour les activités physiques. Environ deux tiers de la population est catholique romaine, ce qui constitue un marqueur identitaire dans un Terre-Neuve à majorité protestante.
