Martin Singer, née en 1969 est auteur de bande dessinée français.
Entré aux Beaux Arts en 1988, il a obtenu son DNSEP en 1993. Il a poursuivi son travail personnel de peinture pendant environ 12 ans. En 1999, il est devenu enseignant et 2 ans plus tard il a découvert le cinéma d’animation. Il a commencé à fabriquer des petits films, influencé par Tex Avery, Alfred Hitchcock ou Igmard Bergman. Toujours dans une volonté d’expérimenter, vers 2007, il s’est tourné vers la bande dessinée où il a publié des albums aux éditions Warum puis aux éditions poivre & sel.
