Le Jump around est un type de manège également connu sous les noms Jump & Smile, Wave Blaster ou Kang'A'Bounce selon les modèles et les constructeurs. Les sociétés Preston & Barbieri, Zamperla, Safeco et Perrin Stevens Ltd. possèdent cette attraction dans leurs catalogues.
Description
Cette attraction se présente sous la forme d'un manège classique où les nacelles sont au bout de bras rattachés au même axe central. Au début du tour, l'axe commence à tourner emportant avec lui les bras et donc les nacelles. Là où intervient la particularité de l'attraction c'est que chaque bras est muni de vérins propulsant les bras vers le haut, sous leur poids, les nacelles redescendent ensuite et fond un mouvement de bonds comme si elles étaient montées sur ressort.
Les modèles les plus courant, souvent thématisées grenouilles ou 4x4 sont accessibles aux enfants, mais il existe des versions spécialement calibrées pour les jeunes adultes avec des sensations plus importantes.
