Itomaro Fukagawa est le secrétaire et l'un des propriétaires du studio photographique A. Farsari & Co. basé à Yokohama au Japon. Après le départ de Tokutarō Watanabe en 1904, Fukagawa devint le nouveau propriétaire de la société.
