iLC de son vrai prénom Nabil est un rappeur et acteur francais d'origine algéro-marocaine né à Nanterre (92), son surnom iLC lui à etait donné par des personnes de son quartier faisant réference au initial de l'ancien groupe " ILLEGAL CLAN " , il apparaîtra dans le rap en 1999 , totalement indépendant , rappeur de l'ombre toujours actif, des mixtapes et albums underground sortirons .
