Glove over mouth, parfois abrégé par GOM, est une locution anglo-saxonne pouvant se traduire par "gant sur la bouche".

Dans les milieux fétichistes, en particulier sur le Web, cette expression désigne une pratique BDSM, qui consiste pour un homme ou une femme portant des gants, de plaquer sa main sur la bouche de son/sa partenaire.

Il peut s'agir d'un jeu érotique fondé sur une relation dominant(e)/dominé(e), dont l'attrait réside d'une part dans le sentiment de domination/soumission résultant de la privation de parole, et d'autre part dans la sensation tactile de la main gantée sur la bouche, celle-ci étant une zone érogène.

Cette pratique est particulièrement prisées des fétichistes du cuir ou du latex, la matière qui compose les gants participant pour beaucoup à l'excitation du ou de la partenaire soumis(e). En outre, l'usage du gant dans cette situation remplace celui du bâillon (ruban adhésif, foulard, etc.) et permet donc de varier les plaisirs...
