Geoffrey A. Landis (né le 28 mai 1955, à Detroit, Michigan) est un scientifique américain travaillant à la National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) sur les programmes d'exploration planétaire, de propulsion interstellaire, sur l'énergie solaire et photovoltaïque[1],[2]. Il a breveté huit modèles de cellules solaires et de dispositifs photovoltaïques[3] et a donné des conférences à propos de la possibilité des voyages interstellaires, ainsi que sur celle d'établir une base lunaire et martienne[4].
Il est également auteur de récits de science-fiction.
