Le district de Kitashitara (北設楽郡, Kitashitara-gun?) est un district de la préfecture d'Aichi au Japon. Lors du recensement de 2000, sa population était de 16 416 habitants (réestimée depuis à 10 905 en août 2010) pour une superficie de 652 km2[1].
Le district a donné lieu à de nombreuses études sur la culture japonaise traditionnelle[2],[3].
