Daisy Martey est la chanteuse du groupe Noonday Underground. Vers fin 2004, Martey quitta le groupe pour devenir la chanteuse de Morcheeba, remplaçant leur ancienne chanteuse Skye Edwards. Martey a participé au 5ème album de Morcheeba, The Antidote, sorti en mai 2005. Après cet album, Martey fut exclue de Morcheeba, et en janvier 2006, elle poursuivit les autres membres du groupe, Paul et Ross Godfrey, pour agression, harcèlement, rupture de contrat et diffamation[1].
