DACAAR, en anglais Danish Committee for Aid to Afghan Refugees, est une organisation non gouvernementale danoise basée à Kaboul en Afghanistan. Fondée en 1984, elle travaille à l'amélioration des conditions de vie des Afghans principalement (mais pas uniquement) en zones rurales.
En termes d'employés cette ONG est l'une des plus importantes du pays. Dans plus de la moitié des provinces afghanes, elle poursuit plusieurs programmes, dont un programme eau et assainissement qui a permis la réalisation et l'installation de plusieurs milliers de puits et pompes à main. Son expertise dans le domaine de la fabrication des pompes à main et la gestion des points d'eau est reconnue internationalement.
DACAAR travaille avec différents bailleurs et partenaires, dont Danida, ECHO et le Ministère de la Réhabilitation et du Développement Rural.
