Arthur "Chip" Engelland est un entraîneur de basket-ball américain. Il est l'adjoint de l'entraîneur Gregg Popovich des San Antonio Spurs depuis 2005[1]. C'est un expert et clinicien en matière technique de tir à longue distance des joueurs de la NBA ayant des difficultés de tirer. Steve Kerr, Grant Hill, Shane Battier et Tony Parker ont été soignés par ce spécialiste aux corrections de tirs.
Sa plus grande fierté concernant son succès professionnel, c'est d'avoir aidé Tony Parker, le MVP des Finals NBA pendant la saison 2006-07.
Il a été aussi directeur du développement des joueurs des Denver Nuggets avant d'aller aux Spurs de San Antonio. Il a aussi crée une fondation "Chip Shots", un camp de basket-ball pour aider les basketteurs de tous âges à améliorer leur tir.
