Barfee est un film de Bollywood dirigé par Anurag Basu qui aura pour acteur principaux Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Asin et la débutante à Bollywood (anciennement a Tollywood) Ileana D'Cruz. Le film est prévu être disponible pour le mois de mai 2012.

Ranbir va, selon les rumeurs, prendre du poids et jouer le rôle d'un sourd-muet pour le film, Priyanka va jouer le rôle d'une personne ayant un retard mental, pour cela elle va aller a un asile psychiatrique pour rentrer dans la peau de son personnage et Asin prêtera sa voix pour la narration.
