L'activité d'asset development consiste en la maximalisation de la valorisation d'actifs immobiliers par l'intermédiaire d'une optimisation complète et simultanée des caractéristiques juridiques, techniques et financières de ces actifs.

  • Optimisation juridique

La partie juridique de l'activité d'asset development va consister en l'optimisation de la valeur de l'actif immobilier par l'intermédiaire de:

  • la recherche de droits à construire résiduels (étude urbanistique)
  • la recherche de modifications de la situation locative de l'actif (étude contractuelle)
  • la recherche de la possibilité de renégociations contractuelles (baux, titre, financements, …)
  • Optimisation technique

La partie technique de l'activité d'asset development va consister en l'optimisation de la valeur de l'actif immobilier par l'intermédiaire de:


  • Optimisation financière

La partie financière de l'activité d'asset development va consister en l'optimisation de la valeur de l'actif immobilier par l'intermédiaire de:

  • re-commercialisation de tout ou partie d'un actif vacant
  • renégociation de tout contrat de financement long terme ancien
