Ashfield (21 260 habitants) est une ville-banlieue se situant dans la zone d'administration locale de la Municipalité d'Ashfield, dans la région Inner West de Sydney en Nouvelle-Galles du Sud (Australie).

Ashfield se trouve à environ 9 kilomètres au sud-ouest du Central business district de Sydney. Elle est cernée, au nord par Five Dock, au sud par Hurlstone Park, à l'est par Summer Hill et à l'ouest par Croydon Park.
