Adam de Perseigne (né en 1145 et mort en 1221) était un cistercien français, abbé dans le diocèse du Mans vers 1180[1].
Il fit un voyage à Rome avant 1195. Il prêcha en France la 4e croisade et fut admiré pour ses vertus. Il fut auparavant chanoine régulier puis bénédictin à Marmoutier.
