Ying Yang Twins est un duo américain de rap originaire d'Atlanta, composé de Kaine (né Eric Jackson) et D-Roc (né De'Angelo Holmes). Malgré le nom de leur duo, ils ne sont pas jumeaux.
Ils ont entamé leur carrière dans le hip-hop en 2000 et ils se sont rapidement fait connaître grâce au rappeur producteur Lil' Jon et aussi grâce à leur première chanson Whistle While You Twurk, dont le refrain reprend l'air de Sifflez en travaillant (Whistle While You Work) issue du film Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains.

En 2003, ils enregistrent (I Got That) Boom Boom, un duo avec la pop star Britney Spears, sur le quatrième album de cette dernière, In The Zone.
Ils ont fait partie de Yo Momma[Quoi ?] lors du SuperFinal à Atlanta.
