Bailter Space (également connu comme Bailterspace) était un groupe de noise rock athmosphérique formé à Christchurch (Nouvelle-Zélande). Ses membres étaient Alister Parker (guitare, basse), John Halvorsen (basse, guitare), et Brent McLachlan (batterie/percussions, samples). Après avoir réalisé sept albums et de nombreux EPs/singles, et une compilation de leurs meilleurs titre, Balter Space reconnut que le groupe était en hiatus ou séparé en 2007.
