World Brain

World Brain est un petit livre compilant des essais et discours de l'écrivain britannique de science-fiction H. G. Wells, publié par lui en 1938 à l'âge de 72 ans.

Un des essais intitulé The Idea of a permanent World Encyclopedia (idée d'une encyclopédie mondiale permanente), est remarquable, puisqu'il présente une vision similaire à celle de Wikipédia. Cet essai est apparu pour la première fois dans l'Encyclopédie française en août 1937.
