Robert Matthew « Vanilla Ice » Van Winkle (né le 31 octobre 1967 à Dallas, Texas) est un rappeur américain, connu surtout pour son titre Ice Ice Baby, qui a remporté un franc succès au début des années 1990. Il est l'un des premiers rappeurs blancs ayant percé aux États-Unis. Ses derniers albums s'orientent vers le Rap/metal.
Son plus gros succès Ice Ice Baby utilise un sample de la chanson Under pressure du groupe Queen et du chanteur David Bowie.
