Uma Ragini Bharti (Hindi : उमा भारती) (née le 3 mai 1959, en Madhya Pradesh, Indes), est une femme politique Indienne. Elle est née dans une famille religieuse de Lodhi Rajput et dès son plus jeune âge, a tenu des discours sur l'épopée Indienne. Elle a grandi sous l'éducation du dernier Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia de Gwalior.

Uma Bharati, en compagnie de Sadhvi Ritambhara, a joué un rôle prééminent dans le mouvement Ram Janmabhoomi, avec son slogan, "राम-लाला हम आएंगे, मदिंर वही बनाएंगे!" ("Ramlala Hum Aayenge, Mandir Wahin Banayenge").
