Towada (十和田市, Towada-shi?) est une ville du Japon fondée le 1er février 1955 et située dans la préfecture d'Aomori.
Le 1er février 2011, grâce à sa fusion avec la ville de Towadako en 2005, Towada avait une population estimée à 66 118 habitants pour une densité de 91,1 hab/km². La superficie totale de la ville est de 725,67 km².
Les symboles de la ville sont le pin et le rhododendron.
