Eminem Presents : The Re-Up (Shady/Interscope) est une mixtape-compilation sortie le 5 Décembre 2006 et ayant pour but de promouvoir les nouvelles recrues de l'écurie Shady Records : Stat Quo, Ca$his, et Bobby Creekwater.
Le premier et seul single extrait de l'album est le titre "You Don't Know" d'Eminem, en collaboration avec Ca$his, 50 Cent et Lloyd Banks et produit par Eminem.
