The Best of Parliament: Give Up the Funk est une compilation de Parliament sorti chez Casablanca Records en 1995. Cette compilation contient bien les meilleures chansons des Parliament, surtout ces superbes chansons Theme From the Black Hole, Agony of Defeet et Let's Play House qui sont issues des albums les plus mauvais des Parliament (Gloryhallastoopid et Trombipulation sortis respectivement en 1979 et 1980) et puisqu'elles sont les seules bonnes chansons de ces deux derniers albums... Cette compilation mérite une place dans la collection discographique Funk.
