Taï-Pan est le deuxième roman publié par l'auteur britannique James Clavell en 1966.
Résumé
Le héros du livre, Dirk Struan, est un affamé du pouvoir, un trafiquant d'opium, qui est prêt à tout pour réussir. Pirate, contrebandier et personnage impitoyable, il trouve la gloire au delà de ses rêves les plus fous en tant que Taï Pan, ou chef suprême, de Hong Kong.
Dans ce roman on trouve l'excitation d'une course de chevaux, du pouvoir, de la richesse et également une captivante histoire d'amour.
