À partir de 2000, la conférence s'est déroulée tous les 3 ans : 2003 à Aix-La-Chapelle (Allemagne) 2006 à Aussois (France)

La prochaine conférence (8th International Symposium on Electric and Magnetic Fields, [1]) se déroulera à Mondovi (Italie) du 26 au 29 mai 2009.
