Strike est le 13e album de la série de bande dessinée Jeremiah, écrit et dessiné par Hermann, paru en 1988.
Synopsis
Jeremiah et Kurdy arrivent dans une ville dans laquelle sévissent deux passion : le bowling (dans laquelle excelle Jeremiah) et une secte bien implantée.
Jeremiah aidera un partenaire de bowling à délivrer une jeune fille prise dans la secte.
Analyse
Hermann parle encore d'une secte, domaine récurrent dans toutes ses œuvres. Sans vraiment analyser ce phénomène, il en dresse pourtant un portrait toujours très noir et très effrayant - à juste titre. On sent visiblement que l'auteur est là pour décrire et montrer les dérives, non pour expliquer ou commenter.
