Sodegaura (袖ヶ浦市, Sodegaura-shi?) est une ville (市, shi) de la préfecture de Chiba, au Japon. La ville a été fondée le 1er avril 1991. La population de la ville est de 60 605 habitants (30 584 hommes et 30 021 femmes) pour une superficie de 94,92 km² (2005).
Sodegaura est desservie par les routes nationales: 16, 409 et 410.
