Simon Foucher (1er mars 1644, Dijon - 27 avril 1696, Paris), abbé, chanoine de Dijon, philosophe français.
Il était lié avec les savants et les philosophes les plus distingués de son temps: Gilles Ménage, Adrien Baillet, Jacques Rohault, Leibniz. Il chercha à restaurer l'antique philosophie des Académiciens.
On a de lui :
- Dissertation sur la recherche de la vérité ou sur la philosophie académique, 1673 ;
- Critique de la Recherche de la vérité, 1675 (sur l'œuvre de Malebranche) ;
- Quelques traités de physique.
