Sidamo (province)
La province de Sidamo est une ancienne province éthiopienne. Sa capitale fut d'abord Yrgalem puis Awasa. Le nom de la province vient de celui du groupe ethnique qui y était majoritaire: les Sidamas. La province a été divisée en 1995 entre la région Oromia et la région des nations, nationalités et peuples du Sud.
