Sean Michael McClain (né en 13 septembre 1975 est un fleurettiste américain qui a étudié à l'Université de Stanford dans les années 1990.
Il a quitté son domicile, à Round Rock, Texas, à l'âge de 14 ans à New York afin de poursuivre ses rêves.
Il a obtenu son diplôme de l'Université de Stanford dans les années 1990.
Il est l'un des deux seuls tireurs à avoir gagné un Championnat national (USFA) de Division I a deux armes dans les 20 dernières années.
Il a été maître d'arme à l'Académie d'Escrime de Westchester, et est maintenant l'un des entraîneurs à Empire United Fencing, dans la ville de New York, avec Jed Dupree, membre de l'équipe Olympique de 2004.
