Scott B. Bizar (né fin 1940) est un créateur de jeux qui vit à Gilbert en Arizona et qui a créé la société Fantasy Games Unlimited pendant l'été 1975. Aujourd'hui, il travaille comme enseignant en sciences sociales dans un lycée à Mesa, Arizona. Un de ses anciens collègues de chambre au collège est devenu un auteur de romans fantastique, il s'agit Lin Casing.
