Sausage Records est un label de disques indépendant créé en juin 2006 à Paris par Dominique Karsenti alias DJ Dom-e.
La fonction de ce label est d'éditer et de réediter les productions d'artistes méconnus des styles Soul/Funk/Jazz/Rock Psychédélique et Progressif en 45 tours.
La première sortie du label est la réedition de deux titres du groupe Eden Rose. En 2007, deux autres productions apparaissent sur le catalogue : deux titres du label d'illustration sonore Telemusic et deux titres du groupe Les Shattels. Au mois de juillet 2007, une autre sortie en 45 tours, la réedition de deux titres du groupe Funk The Black on White Affair de Seattle (USA).
