Saatchi & Saatchi est une agence de publicité fondée en 1976 par lord Maurice Saatchi et son frère Charles Saatchi, célèbre collectionneur d'art contemporain.
Elle s'est rendue célèbre grâce à la campagne publicitaire pour le Parti conservateur en 1979, campagne couronnée de succès qui voit l'élection de Margaret Thatcher. L'agence fut n°1 mondiale avant d'être vendue.
Saatchi and Saatchi est acquise par Publicis en 2000. Son CEO est Kevin Roberts.
L'agence est à l'origine en France de nombreuses publicités (TV, Affichage, et Internet) : Toyota, Free, GDF SUEZ, Société Générale, Bouygues, Kiri, Lexus, Haagen Dazs, RSF, Apéricubes, Universal Music Mobile, Piaget, Old El Paso, Caroll,...
