Small-angle X-ray scattering

SAXS ou Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering est une technique permettant de caractériser la morphologie de matériaux à des échelles allant grosso modo de 1 nm à 100 nm. Dans le cas de matériaux particulaires, cette caractérisation peut consister en la mesure de la taille des particules.
