Miss Shumway jette un sort (Rough Magic) est une comédie américaine réalisée par Clare Peploe et sortie en 1995.
Synopsis
Los Angeles, dans les années 1950. La jeune magicienne Myra Shumway doit épouser le richissime Cliff Wyatt. Cependant, peu avant le mariage celui-ci tue accidentellement le mentor de la jeune femme. Témoin du crime, Myra s'enfuit et trouve refuge à Mexico, où elle rencontre deux personnes qui vont changer son destin : Doc Ansell, un charlatan anglais et Alex Ross, un séduisant reporter américain. Tous trois prennent la route en quête de magie poursuivis par Wyatt.
