Roger de Wendover (mort le 6 mai 1236) est un chroniqueur anglais du XIIIe siècle, probablement originaire de Wendover, dans le Buckinghamshire. Il est moine à l'abbaye de Saint Albans, puis prieur de la cellule de Belvoir, dignité dont il est déchu au début du règne d'Henri III pour avoir gaspillé les dotations. Il passe les dernières années de sa vie à Saint Albans, où il meurt en 1236.
Il est le premier d'une longue lignée de chroniqueurs majeurs qui travaillent à Saint Albans. Son œuvre la plus fameuse a pour nom Flores Historiarum (Fleurs de l'histoire), basée en grande partie sur des ouvrages qui se trouvaient déjà à St Albans.
