L' "Institut de recherche de Potsdam sur les effets du changement climatique (Potsdam-Institut für Klimafolgenforschung) est un institut de recherche allemand fondé en 1992. Il mène ses recherches dans une perspective multidisciplinaire. Il est un des instituts allemand les plus renommés en matière de prévision climatique.
L'institut se trouve dans le parc scientifique Albert Einstein. Le bâtiment qu'il occupe est un ancien observatoire d'astrophysique.
