Pierre Lumbi Okongo est un homme politique du Congo-Kinshasa. Il est membre du gouvernement, ministre des Infrastructures, travaux publics et reconstruction du gouvernement Gizenga depuis le 5 février 2007. Il s'est rendu à Pékin à l'été 2007, préparant la signature d'un important accord économique avec la Chine[1].
Lumbi est à la tête du parti politique, le Mouvement social pour le renouveau.
Il a été ministre des Affaires étrangères de 1992 à 1993[2]. Il a aussi été ministre aux Postes, téléphones et télécommunications[3].
