Philippe de Longvilliers de Poincy (1583 - 1660), chevalier français, bailli-grand-croix de l'Ordre de Malte.
Le 20 février 1638, il devient lieutenant-général des îles d'Amériques pour le roi de France. En 1639 s’établit à Saint-Barthélemy, dans une partie de Saint-Martin et à Sainte-Croix (1639-1660).
