Peppermint (페퍼민트) est un sunjeong manhwa de Seo Eun-jin en 4 volumes publiés en Corée du Sud aux éditions Haksan et en français en intégralité chez Saphira.
Histoire
Peppermint raconte l'histoire d'une jeune collégienne amoureuse d'une idole montante qui se trouve dans son collège. Malheureusement pour elle, elle fait une rencontre avec un garçon en primaire.
Bref, il faut le lire pour se détendre et rire des péripéties amoureuses d'une collégienne en proie au fan-club hystérique de son idole et ses propres sentiments qui ne sont pas aussi sûr que cela! Le problème que peuvent poser les fan-club (que ce soit d'idoles reconnues ou de camarades de classe) semble assez récurrent dans les manhwa pour fille, bien que toujours en arrière fond. La violence des relations sociales semble aussi être un thème privilégié, ainsi dans Peppermint bien que le ton soit léger, il y a une référence au conflit de caractères et aux problèmes relationnels dans la famille, qui peuvent se traduire par une certaine violence.
