People or Not People est le deuxième roman de Lauren Weisberger publié en 2005. Il raconte l'histoire de Bettina Robinson, alias Beth, qui démissionne de son travail à l'âge de 26 ans et qui se découvre une nouvelle direction de vie grâce à son oncle Will. Celui-ci lui trouve une place dans une boîte de R.P, changeant ainsi complètement la vie de Beth.
